We make foods, then package and fresh freeze them for you to take home (i.e. take-n-bake.) Our food are available for purchase year-round on our farm. When you come to our farm, enter through the first driveway. We're located in the big barn to the left.

[sauce servings: 16oz for 1 lb pasta; 8oz for 1/2lb pasta. please note: long pastas such as spaghetti, fettucini absorb more sauce than tube pastas such as penne, and may require more sauce.]

preparation: meatballs browned and sauteed with fresh rosemary; marinara sauce and red wine added; reduced and simmered; served with red wine reduction sauce.

Instructions



READY-TO-BAKE ENTREES
  • preheat oven to 350;
  • keep cardboard lid on tight;
  • frozen: bake approx 75-85 minutes
  • thawed: bake approx 45-55 minutes
  • red sauce lasagnas & polenta: bake until lid puffs up & swells
  • pesto lasagna: bake until hot in middle

  • MINESTRONE SOUP
  • thaw soup;
  • place in sauce pan;
  • bring up to simmer;
  • continue to simmer for approx 20-30 min. until soup reduces & thickens


  • MEATBALLS
  • thaw cooked meatballs;
  • place in sauce pan;
  • reheat on stovetop;
  • they're tender, so stir gently

    … are our passions. In Italy, the culture revolves around both - growing, cooking and eating ~ with a glass of wine in hand. We have our own piece of Italy right here on our Green Bluff farm. We grow what we can and enjoy the fruits of our labor. If you're ever in the neighborhood, we hope you can stop by for a visit. ~ la dolce vita!
