Buon Giorno! We're Davide & Stephanie Trezzi, husband and wife owners of Trezzi Farm Food & Wine. Davide, from Milan, Italy, creates authentic Northern Italian dishes using herbs and seasonal vegetables grown on our farm. It's rustic and fortifying food that showcases the classic recipes of Italy's Lombardia region.

With well over 20 years combined food-service experience, we understand the importance of your event. We are commited to providing consistency in quality, taste & generous portions of food with service that is warm, personal & professional. It is especially here in which your event will stand out in the mind of your guests.

Our 22 acre farm and winery is available for catered events. From 10 to 100+ guests.

off-premise catered events

For our off-premise catering, we are self-sufficient and do not require a kitchen or electricity. This allows our clients added flexibility when selecting a venue.

Buffet-service events of all types and sizes are welcome up to 2000 guests. We specialize in:

delivery and set-up | minimum order $150. We’ll prepare hot-foods ready-to-eat. We will deliver everything to your event and set it up on your buffet in high-quality aluminum containers. Salads will be dressed on-site. ***Deliveries are free in the Spokane area. Deliveries include free disposable eating & serving utensils upon request. No set-up fee.

off-premise catering | we stay at your venue during your event, monitoring and replenishing the buffet with fresh foods. Professional catering equipment included. We are self sufficient and do not need a kitchen (except for garlic bread.) Limited services available.***No travel charge within Spokane area. Off-premise catering includes free disposable eating utensils upon request. No set-up fee.

on trezzi farm | events from 10-300+ guests. We offer wine and bartending, full-service catering and customized menus for all events held on our farm and winery. Ample parking available. No venue fee for most events.
